Brian Potts won the Skipton Building Society's Grafter award for excellent service. The award celebrates tradesmen from around the country who have gone that extra mile for their customers. He was nominated for his professionalism and skill by one of his customers.

Brian, who received a bottle of champagne as a runner-up prize said, "There are some cowboy tradesmen out there, who have given the industry a bad reputation, but 'The Grafters' has shown that there are also many excellent skilled workers in Britain doing a very good job."

Brian began in the 1960's and has all the relevant qualifications, which combined with a wealth of practical experience ensures that all customers can confidently expect work of the highest standard.
